I went into the store because my address is not accepted as a shipping address online. So, I went in the store but they were unable to resolve the issue so I had to purchase the device in the store which resulted in higher taxes and still having to ship the device to my father's home. I find this very frustrating and don't understand why.

Poor quality customer service!! Internet down-GEAUX figure. Nika/Nik/whatever her name is -bad attitude - until I called out on it. Then changed her attitude! You shouldn’t have to be called out !!
Nea, on the other hand, was the BEST!!!! ????

I had to go there to ask technology questions. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. It was a much more pleasant experience than I've had there in the past, so I'm grateful for that!

The assistance I received at the Opelousas store, on 6/8/2024 was top notch. The worker met me at the door. She moved with a sense of urgency and got me out of there quick. That was the 1st time in a long time, that I was able to get in and out quickly. I wish I knew her name, so I could've properly acknowledged her, but I forgot. Well I'm sure she knows who she is. Thank you very much. I appreciate you.

Jay (Jaylyn) was the most respectful, caring and patience individual. You don’t find customer service like that anymore! Everyone working on 05/18/2024 at six o’clock was AMAZING! Great location, great place, definitely recommended!

Emmanuel was my store rep in Opelousas and he was awesome!! He helped with getting my daughter another phone after hers was stolen plus we got two Apple Watches with our services. He was very polite and helpful!! Keep up the good work!!
