“Even though there was a wait, it was taken care of in a timely fashion. Convenient you can change your windshield and then get an inspection sticker. Cost me under 300, I'd I would have went to a competitor it would have cost me 300+ and that's without the inspection!”
“I was traveling from Texas and passing through town when my jeep decided the brakes needed to break! I walked through the door and was met by a very nice gentleman. I was panicking as this was not in the plan on my vacation! He was so kind and understanding! As I was checking out, I found out the kind man who greeted me when i walked in was the owner.He couldn't have been nicer to me and I am so grateful he is one of the kind people in this world! “Mr. Paul Rougeau and Kenny Lafleur are a fantastic team at Bayou State Tire! I called in to them in a panic because I had a flat the night before and was rolling on a doughnut tire. Mr. Paul said to head on over as soon as I got off of work and Kenny would take care of it -- no worries. ---- Kenny was very kind and understanding of my anxiety. He repaired my tire, checked ALL of my tires, aired up my doughnut and gave me some pointers on staying safe with my tires! Wonderful, wonderful service! I would highly recommend this place to everyone, but especially my friends that are single women and to my daughters. “This is shop is really good when it comes to tint. First off let address the customer service. I was great so nicely and even tho I got there 10 minutes before my appointment, they got me right and gave a quick and simple explanation of my tint options. I only needed my front windows and brow done. I was in there no longer than a hour and was updated on the progress during that hour.
When he was finished I got quick and simple explanation on the do not till the tints drys. I love it! My vehicle looks awesome ! So if you looking for a tint job, Top shop is your place”

“Had an exhaust leak on my s10 while on a 600mi trip from Kentucky to Louisiana where I'm stationed. It sounded like a tractor, ran poorly & drank more gas than a 4 cylinder should. My exhaust was broken off at the manifold.
Milo took his time to catch all the details and also find some other minor issues that he corrected. Thanks to him, I was able to get that leak taken care of along with some other minor repairs. Spent less than a hundred dollars for exhaust work that got me back to Fort Campbell.”

“Country girl is an outright liar i know who she is i was there when she went to talk to Steve i was waiting on my car when she came apparently she and her husband were supposed to get the part and they never brought it so they can fix it and when she asked Steve if she could charge the part to him and she would pay him back in a week or so he said no and that's when SHE asked if she could give him oral for charging her bill and got mad and left with the car when he told her no. it was kinda hilarious the stupid people that they have in this world”

“Never met anyone in person, but the guy that answers the phone is super friendly and super knowledgeable. Kept me posted on the cost and had a very quick turn around. Only business I could find to get the rebuild kits and an affordable price to rebuild 6 injectors on a MACK E7 engine. Will definitely use for any diesel injection work from here on out.”

“I just want to say this has to be the best experience I had . So basically I got my oil changed at my dealership and they told me my brakes were about to go out but yall know I was not about to pay those dealership prices. A friend of mine told me about this place so I called and spoke to Mr . Scot who was so kind and told me to come in . Well guess what my brakes actually didn't need to be changed they were still good .. the dealership was obviously just trying to make more money . Meanwhile this was a place that could have taken advantage but they didn't .. you don't see good ethical practices like this anymore . I highly doubt recommend this place .. a place you can trust !”
