“Courville Toyota service department went out of their way to help us with a problem we were having on our Rav4. We didn't buy the car there but were having an issue that was obviously a installation issue. Our warranty was up, but after researching the problem, Mike, the service manager, saw that the problem should have been corrected before delivery. They fixed it for us, with no charge, gave us a brand new rental to use and absorbed the costs without corporate contribution. They didn't have to spend the time they did or the money they did to help us. So I absolutely would trust them again and have no reservations when recommending. I'm sorry that I can't recall Mike's last name.”

I would update to a 5 if the online inventory were more accurate. It shouldn’t be made available online for pre order if it’s out of stock. Other than that, everything was great.”
