“Went today to open a business account for my LLC. It was, without question, the easiest and least stressful accounts I’ve ever had to open at any bank. But that wasn’t the reason for this review. This review is for the Branch Manager. She may be the sweetest, nicest person I think I’ve ever dealt with at a bank. She basically made my day. She introduced herself to me, when she didn’t have to. She gave me some free goodies, when she didn’t have to. She genuinely just wanted to know a little about me and also let me know a little about her. I’m not the person that writes reviews of company’s online, but this bank and the Branch Manger deserved this. If you are needing a bank, I cannot recommend JD Bank enough.
Side Note: I legitimately thought she was going to ask me if I wanted anything from Joes Sandwich Shop because she was on her way to go get lunch for everyone in the office.”
