No stars! Boost is one of the worst phone companies out there. No customer service. No service and most places. Had no service at all in Arkansas recently. Don't even bother with these fools!

Today, I received the BEST service in literally 2 years with a new Manager in Opelousas by the name of Fatima. Previously, I filed a serious complaint regarding the undeniable unprofessionalism, pitiful service, and outright untruths I've been told by a previous manager. In the past I literally thought omg Sprint/Boost have lost their minds hiring people who work out of uniform as if they just rolled out of bed, zero knowledge, and completely oblivious to basic customer service standards.Ms. Fatima has not only saved me as a life long Boost Customer by remaining professional, placing me on the Expanded Plan; in addition, she organized her time to help several customers at once, while still paying full attention to detail. Impressive!!! I now know I'm eligible for an iPhone and many other perks by being a loyal Boost Customer.Thank you for hiring such an amazing Manager in training like Fatima. The only reason im giving 44 stars is because og the one lady that was there today she has always been super friendly and helpful the others are worthless. You never know when the doors will be open or closed either.

Wish I'd have checked out the other reviews FIRST would have saved me the 30 min drive for NOTHING bc Shareefer was preoccupied and couldnt be BOTHERED so much for switching to Boost!!! Smh ive spent my ENTIRE life in sales and NEVER would I have EVER is ALL that im going to say! That and mark my words it wont be long before THAT store will be CLOSED if they don't do some serious cuztomer service training!!!
