Online and their bank branches need to be on the same page... one told me they can't do anything go to the bank... the bank tells me to call them because they can't do anything... just to be on hold for 30mins for him to tell me I need to go back to the bank and call them back and wait another 30 mins.... the story was cut short but I went through a lot more..

Extremely impressed with the professionalism, patience, and kindness of Ms. Guidry and Mr. Berzas, who assisted my grandfather and I today. He came in for assistance with an identity theft issue and they were extremely helpful. Thanks again, you guys were awesome.
