Drove 4 hours from Texas to pick up my new car. Tony Mendez is the best of the best! No markups, no haggling, no anything. In and out of the dealership in less than one hour. I will be back!

first of all, Mrs. Rebecca Fournet is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her dedication to you and personality are unforgettable. Let's not forget that she actually knows the vehicles she is selling. if you ask her about a button in the vehicle, she can tell you exactly what it does. I've never met a more knowledgeable person in car sales. second, shout out to Courvelle Toyota for having a pretty hard to find truck.also, COURVELLE TOYOTA DOES NOT, I REPEAT, DOES NOT DO DEALER/ MARKET ADJUSTMENTS OR SELL ABOVE MSRP!!!!!!Rebecca went out of her way to help me get everything i needed, she was super friendly, if i asked her to jump she asked how high, and she kept me smiling the entire time. I also made a friend that i didn't know I needed that day.I know Hampton Toyota is temping because it's close but don't be foolish, go to Happy Town.Alexa, play "She Works Hard For The Money by Donna Summer"it's been a while but just like last time, 10/10 Courvelle ?

A few weeks ago, an 80 year old lady went to Courvelle, to get a key made, at the dealership. What she encountered felt more like 1923, instead of 2023. Ross Ledoux a service writer, at the dealership was as blatant a racist, as the KKK was in their heyday. The dealership misdiagnosed her car and wanted to charge her $600, for a key cylinder, when all she needed was a key. I am a former shop owner. When i questioned this individual, and got him to contradict himself, he became angry and told me, to take the DAMN vehicle somewhere else. He also told an 80 year old lady, to never bring her car back. Pop a Lock proved their error, by coming out and programming a key, that has worked ever since. This is a salaried service writer, who feels entitled enough, to tell customers not to come back, but the exchange he had with me, on the phone, revealed his disdain for blacks, or maybe all people of color. I went in to discuss the issue, with d service manager Mr. Taylor. The talk we had, and the time i spent waiting, to speak to Mr. Taylor eased my fear, that it's not systematic racism there, and its just Ross Ledoux feeling entitled. People of color, if you are at this dealership for service, avoid this individual like the plague. He angered me, with disrespect on the phone, plus how he talked, and disrespected an 80 year old black woman. It was so blatant, i was willing to spend thousands of dollars to expose this company, if my meeting with Mr. Taylor, who called Ms.White and apologized, didnt go well. He informed her, she was a part, of the Courvelle family, and if she ever has a problem, bring it directly to him. I gurantee you, we aren't the first people of color, Ross Ledoux has disrespected, and won't be the last. This individual needs all kinds of training, especially racial sensitivity, and customer service. The fact that he's still holding his job, raises a red flag. Where there's smoke, there usually fire. His blatant disrespect raises such a big red flag, to d point, where I'm warning all people of color, beware of this individual, Ross Ledoux, when you bring your car, to Courvelle Toyota for service.

Even if I lived in Alaska, I would go to Courvelle Toyota to buy my vehicles. Rebecca goes above and beyond to accommodate all situations with no pressure. Do yourself a favor and check them out if you want a great experience.

What a lovely crew! I went to get my car serviced and they were able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it right up. I was able to drive my car home right away! Thank you again to the staff, great people and customer service. Will be back again when I need another service.

I brought my highlander in for a 20000 mile service. The gentleman who accepted my vehicle was very distracted. I explained to him that I was also having trouble with a hesitation or miss at different rates of speed at times. I explained that other highlander owners I spoke to had the issue and it was a setting or reset that needed to be done and once done their vehicles ran smoothly. He then took the vehicle in and came back with it after an hour. Nothing was mentioned about my complaint and it wasn’t addressed. I felt ignored and dissatisfied. Though my service was 20000 excellent I still have an issue with a miss in the engine.

I bought a new Camry at Hampton of Lafayette earlier this year. I paid for 2 years of maintenance ahead. I went to Hampton Lafayette for my first service, took roughly an hour or two but everything seemed to be taken care of. I just brought my vehicle here for my last service since it’s closer to my location, in and out in 30-45 minutes. Everything seemed to be good but my tire pressure was the exact same when i left as when i went in. Passenger back tire was 5 psi less than the other 3 when i went in and it was the exact same whenever I left but it was wrote down that all the tires had the same psi and aired up. Ridiculous. Hire better technicians and people who actually care about their job and the safety of others.

Wow! What a breath of fresh air this buying experience has been. I own a small business with a fleet of vehicles and am continuously buying trucks/vans/suv's throughout the years. It was time for me to get a new truck and I was settled on the Toyota Tundra. I was not at all happy with the Toyota Dealership near me, so I reached out to Courvelle Toyota. On advice from a friend, I was told to contact Rebecca Courvelle Fournet in sales to discuss availability/options/price. I can honestly say, this experience has been the best experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. Rebecca had true knowledge (not the sales pitch) of the product she was selling and couldn't have been better at her job. I was not the easiest customer. I think I changed my mind 3 or 4 times. She was NEVER high pressure and was ALWAYS graceful in handling my indecisiveness. In the end, I got the EXACT vehicle that I wanted...Not one close to or something similar...Rebecca made sure I wouldn't leave Courvelle without being 100% satisfied with my purchase. Every single word that Rebecca told me was truthful and she followed through on all promises. I truly am grateful my friend suggested to go to Courvelle and speak with Rebecca. She was an absolute joy to deal with and I couldn't be more happy with the entire experience. If I ever need another Toyota of any kind, this will be the only place I look and I will be reaching out to Rebecca.

We got a part fixed on our Rav4 at their service center and their team truly went out of their way to make a very stressful situation quick and seamless for us. Not only did they fix the issue, but they accomplished it with the lowest price possible for us. Their team is honest, quick, and very communicative. This service center has been such a blessing to us. Thank yall so much!

Excellent service. 6 months ago I put w deposit down for a difficult to find model (tacoma lunar trail ed). And while what the dealer is alotted isn't really in their control several similar options became available over the course of my wait. Tony always reached out to make sure my mind hadn't changed and let me know that he was still trying to swap with other dealers. Finally they were alloted my specific vehicle and Tony kept me in the loop through, distributor, shipping, and arrival. In all honestly I did have the opportunity to make this purchase elsewhere in the 6 months.... with a $5k markup!!! There was none of that here!!!! MSRP, no markups or addendum. Travis was an incredibly helpful salesman that got it all cleaned and ready for me and helped with making it a smooth trade in. Donnie was incredibly helpful in finalizing the paperwork. My experience was fantastic. I got exactly the truck I wanted, at a fair price, with great service. Stellar job, Courvelle.

This place was a blessing. We were able to get a vehicle there that we had a difficult time finding at other dealerships, and when we did find it, those places usually wanted and arm and a leg! Courvelle doesn't overcharge for their vehicles. They are patient and have excellent customer service. My husband dealt with them and it could not have gone better. Shout out to Tony Mendez!!!
