Absolute worst service ever!! They broke the inside dash of my vehicle and I was told that I brought it there like that and they had pictures to prove it. Then they said that they accidentally broke it because it was weak due to sun damage after they were caught in their lie because they left the pieces in the vehicle. They took pictures after they broke it, how unethical is that?! Then they went on to say that their cameras have been broken for a long time so they couldn’t provide proof. There was a crack above the radio, but they completely broke it and there wasn’t any damage above the speedometer. These people are disgusting liars.

Terrible service they offered a service and couldn’t deliver then would not refund 85 dollars I fixed the simple issue myself in 30 minutes

I'm rating them a 1 because a 0 isn't possible! How the hell are these people still in business. Looks like a kindergarten kid glued my glass back in and the rubber is cut weird and uneven. Not to mention they either stepped on or kneeled on my dash and shattered it. They then took pics after they did it and said I brought it there like they. They claim their cameras doesn't work so there's no proof, and their attitudes are horrible. I wish I could post pics here.

HORRIBLE!!! This is THE worst service that I have ever received from a local business. The person that came out to measure my door to replace the glass measured it incorrectly. It was too big.The 2 inadequate technicians that came out to install it fumbled around trying to figure out what to do. Neither of them wore masks. They used offensive foul language in my home. The glass was not installed properly. I found this out after they left and part of the door fell off. After they left, I noticed that they left shattered glass all in my front driveway. I'm glad that my tires were not damaged. Me and my family couldn't use the driveway for days. I called to the store and complained about ALL of the problems and was brushed off as if it was my fault. A technician came out to clean up the glass but he failed to get all of the shattered glass up. They refused to return to fix my glass door. I was told that a manager would call me back and he never did. I later found out that a technician illegally trespassed on my property while I was not there and tried to enter my backyard without my knowledge or permission or consent. This will be reported to the police department. I wish I would have NEVER called this horrible company. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've wasted my money and I cannot get it back. I will now file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is not over.

Exceptional service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces and asked how we were. By the time we had paid for the order the glass was in our hands cut and wrapped ready to go.

Not recommended!!!! I called Guaranty Glass to install 2 garage door thresholds on my garage floor. I provide the thresholds just needed them to be installed professionally. The guys that came to install them didn't seem to be familiar with what they were doing. After the thresholds were installed i had to wait to close the door allowing dry time. The guy told me before leaving that he hadn't been there a few months. The next day it rained and i had water all in my shop. The thresholds were installed backwards. Meaning there is 2 ways for it to guy and it was installed backwards. The door is supposed to close in front of hump on threshold but was backwards. I called Guaranty Glass informed them of issue. They told me they would come by look at it. 12 days later after calling every couple days. The guy calls and said the installation was not warrantied that he couldn't come back. I asked to speak to manager. Richard came on the phone. I informed him that the seal was put backwards in a nice manner. He said that his man installed them right and would not come to verify it was done wrong. He told me they would not comeback to fix it. He would give me my money back but not replace the material they glued to floor that cost over $100. I have to replace the material and have to hire someone to go behind them and remove it and replace it. Bring your Business to someone who backs there work up. Customers should not have to pay to train employees! ON the receipt it says Friendly Service and Guarantied Work. Work is Not Guarantied!!!
