“This CrossFit gym is absolutely fantastic! The coach is amazing—super knowledgeable, encouraging, and always takes the time to ensure everyone is performing exercises safely and effectively. The gym itself is spotless and well-maintained, with all the equipment you need for a great workout. One of the best things about this place is the diverse age range of participants; there are people of all ages, from younger athletes to those in their 50s and 60s, and it creates such a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. No matter your fitness level, you’ll find a supportive community here that motivates you to push yourself. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a positive environment!”

“Absolutely love this gym, Steve is an expert in his field and offers a no nonsense approach to a healthy lifestyle. Steve’s all natural approach to training will guide one to reach their fitness goals from simply “ losing some inches and toning “ to competing. Very thankful for everything he has taught me.”

“The staff is friendly and nice which is ALWAYS a plus! I'm here spending time with my fiance and wanted to stay on my routine so I decided to come to this location. Although, extremely small, compared to my Houston home gym- this location I'd frequent again.”

“TERRIBLE, Terrible customer service. I attempted to get a bottle of water from the vending machine which was unsuccessful but it did charge my card 6x’s. I have left messages to resolve this issue with no return messages. Also place is disgustingly dirty with trash on the floor spilling from trash containers. And no paper towels in the Ladies restroom.”
