“Saturday, 01/31/26 I dropped my phone screen down on asphalt! Although I had a screen protector my phone screen was shattered! I didn’t have insurance because the phone was paid off! So I immediately go to Verizon in Opelousas. I walked in there around 3:00pm. The young lady( the manager) that first approached me was very nice & professional.. She asked if I had a business account I said yes. She said ok Asher(Ash) will be with you shortly.
Ash went above and beyond to help me! He was very observant of the type of phone I walked in with along with accessories! Ash was also quite adamant about getting me taken care of and making sure I didn’t leave their store without a new phone! Thanks so much Ash for all your help! I will definitely refer others to you!”
