“Saturday, 01/31/26 I dropped my phone screen down on asphalt! Although I had a screen protector my phone screen was shattered! I didn’t have insurance because the phone was paid off! So I immediately go to Verizon in Opelousas. I walked in there around 3:00pm. The young lady( the manager) that first approached me was very nice & professional.. She asked if I had a business account I said yes. She said ok Asher(Ash) will be with you shortly.

“He charged a bit more than the going rate, and there were deficiencies in the screen and craftsmanship... however, at the end of the day Gus is seeing to it that I get exactly what I paid for. All that being said, I will use his service again, and I recommend him to anyone experiencing any kind of issue with their mobile device. As service goes, it'll be hard to find better in this industry. Make sure to give the silver lab some good pets while you're there. 🐕❤”
