Brought my son in to just get his hair evened out because I tried to cut it myself. His hair was already so so short and just needed a 10 minute AT MAX trim to even out the cut.
I was in there for what felt like an hour. I had asked the lady if she was new and she replied that she had been there for a month and had been professionally cutting for a couple years.
So I figured she knew what she was doing… no.
She had the other lady come ask how it looked and she was moving so incredibly slow.
First and last time I will be going to Walmart for a hair cut.

Took my daughter here for a spur of the moment hair cut. Just wanted to take a couple inches off and get some face framing layers. Going in, my daughter had waist length hair, but we walked out with her hair to her shoulders…WAY shorter than what we asked for, obviously. It was so uneven, the pieces around her face were blunt and not cut the same on both sides, it was botched. This girl who is clearly very inexperienced, should have voiced that she could not do a simple cut and layers instead of cutting off 6+ inches of my daughter’s hair. After leaving, I took her to a different salon and they could not believe how her hair was cut.

Please do NOT go here! Horrible Horrible service told me one thing and my hair came out worse then when I walked in half my hair was short and the other half was long. My hair is unfixable at this point, and this has ruined my self esteem. Please don’t go here for any type of hair cut, hair dye, or hair perm.

😃 Great new experience at the Smart Style Salon.The hairdresser's really know the cuts & hair business that customer's suggest and Miss Jessica goes out her way & not scared to help other hairdresser's customer's are finished to perfection...The staff does awesome work in maintenance & keeping Salon in the tip-top shape , when it comes to being safe and very clean & sanitary condition's.!!! Thanks for the opportunity to keep an appointment year round. As one customer to another, I highly suggest and recommend that Smart Style Salon can handle any top shelf haircut in question,..I hope my experience will influence other customer's in future ,to book their appointments soon ,and will not be dissatisfied customer when

Jessica was awesome. She cut my hair just the way I like it. Shes just great. I had a better experience than I had the first time I went months ago. The barber I had a bad experience with is no longer working there. I will definitely keep coming back.

Well i have been by 3 times- website says open and it is locked up inside Walmart. Asked the greeter but had no clue?????
Dont show up off of open on website info.
I went by at 3 and 4 pm and 9:15 this morning
