I work from home and Spectrum is on the verge of causing me to loose my job. Spectrum internet is NOT reliable at all. It goes in and out throughout the day. There is always outages with this internet provider. I supposedly have the fastest speed but my TV in my living room constantly disconnects from this internet. Everything that runs on internet is constantly buffering. This is the only internet provider that is in my area! I'm so disgusted with Spectrum!

This Disney thing going on is ridiculous. I have a package that allows me 15 additional channels and 4 of them are unavailable to me because of this. The part that makes me extra mad is that I am a SPECTRUM customer. NOT a Disney customer. Spectrum is putting all of this blame on Disney and not offering anything to their customers to make this right. Actually instead when you try to call, a recording comes on that says they are too busy and they cannot help you, then it hangs up. Spectrum could offer a limited time access to other channels, discounts on our next billing cycles? But no, they say they are focused on keeping our prices down but this is the most expensive cable I have ever had, out of the six states I have lived in, and it offers the least out of them all. Well spectrum just like Disney is too expensive for you, you are for me too and I will not be paying my bill until this is made right. Take care of your customers.

Very disappointed, I was lied to by someone in customer service. I was told I could not drop spectrum tv. If I did my internet bill would be $50 more than what I was paying. My husband called and got the same answer. Turns out I could have canceled the TV and my bill would have dropped $20. Now that I want to cancel they say I still have to pay for the month even though I won't be using the service.

I'm a new customer but felt the need to leave a positive review. We live in a rural area with no internet but spectrum was able to come run a line to our pole and provide service, since the line ended about 3 houses up. However, my install didn't go well and was not happy with it. I called and spoke to a few reps who were nothing but kind. They helped escalate a ticket for a re install and damage ticket. I had them knocking on my door the next morning, joined with two supervisors. I was very surprised with the customer service experience and hope that continues.

we have been dealing with Sprectrum for a few years with home tv and internet...recently we switched to their cell service and Larissa(sp) has done a fabulous job helping us switch over!! Her customer service skills are unlike any i have seen in years!!!

Worst customer service experience, DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE PHONE SERVICE. 4 months and $1,000 they charged me for 1 cell phone and still don't have a working phone, actually no phone at all because I had to send it back and still haven't been credited anything...

Had to drive an hour and a half to get to this place then had to wait in line for another half to be able to swap out equipment. 3 employees were there but only 2 helping customers while the third stood around and watched.
