Ben was the only salesman that I spoke with between several dealerships over a few months that treated me with respect and I never felt pressured. My only complaint or rather constructive criticism is that the detailing department needs to do better!

This is the second vehicle we have gotten through Mr. Patrick. He was very friendly. He worked with us and our budget to help us find a vehicle. He was very informative on all different brands. We couldn't ask for a better car buying experience.

I had a service appointment on 10/4 at 9:45 a.m. for a diagnostic due to an ABS light. At 3:00 pm I had to call the service department because I had not received a call about my vehicle. I was told that it would need to be further diagnosed due to electrical issues. I already knew it was an electrical problem which is what I told them when checking in. I'm not a rich person and I feel I paid money for you guys to tell me something I already knew.When I received my paperwork it was not filled out all the way and nothing was explained to me. I paid money to receive terrible service. I left your establishment feeling cheated. I called the next day as I was told to do by Kevin just for him to tell me he would call me back. Once again I had to call back just to get the runaround and get transferred to different departments after finally getting disconnected. I do not recommend this place at all due to the horrible service and discrimination

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! The only reason I put 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars. I've taken my car 3 times!! 3 TIMES!! And every time it was a joke!! I had warranty so it was easier to go there. They lied about things they were supposed to check on my car. The wait to get even an oil change was more then 2 hours at a time. Koheitta however you spell her name is the biggest lier! I called her out on it and never went back in to speak with her. There's so much I could say but I simply don't have the energy to right every detail down. The waiting time is more then 2 hours, they literly lie straight to your face. They have screwed us over with our warranty. Not a single time we have gone in there. There wasn't a single time it went smoothly. The new manager supposedly took over so we didn't have to deal with her but he wasn't much help either and never got back to us about our warranty and money back to us for the oil changes we paid for after knowing we had Warranty! I suggest nobody get any work done here! I promise you will be very disappointed!! My family and friends no longer come here either! This place is pathetic!

My wife and I were just looking for a used car and not ready to buy yet. Kevin showed her 3 cars and my wife looked at these cars for about 3 hours while Kevin followed her from car to car answering every question. She decided on a 2021 Ford Edge and she is very happy with her choice. Thank you Kevin for all your help.

Josh Lesley made my Courtesy Trade experience so easy from start to finish! He was patient with me while we both tried to find the "unicorn" of a vehicle I needed/wanted that I could financially afford to get out of the vehicle I had and loved, but no longer needed for this time in my life. This was over a month process of us both looking and he remained kind and patient with me throughout multiple calls with questions. Although I found my own vehicle, I knew I wasn't going to anyone else to handle my Courtesy Trade but Josh. He made the process so simple and quick for me and the previous owner of my vehicle now! He even helped me re-install car seats in my new vehicle in the LA Sumer heat, and take off my old license plate. These little things matter to me. He is someone you can go to for guidance on what vehicle may or may not be right for you while not feeling pressured in anyway. Plus, he willingly takes selfies with you and your new vehicle after your purchase. How FUN! When we need another vehicle I will go to him first. When anyone I know needs a new vehicle I will always recommend him. Josh is YOUR go-to-guy! Tell him Laikyn sent you :)

The only reason I put one star is because there wasn't an option for zero stars. This place is a complete joke, let me explain. I scheduled my vehicle for service for multiple issues, I dropped it off on the agreed date, along with a description of all of the issues that the vehicle was having. The dealership called me a couple of days later to notify me that my torque converter was the issue, the service advisor lied to me, stating that he made a claim on my extended warranty when in fact, he didn't do so until 24 hours later. He then told me that the truck would be finished in 2-3 days, it took 2 weeks. The other issue wasn't even addressed until they called me to come pickup my vehicle. Hours later, they called again and advised me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon picking the vehicle up, 2 of 3 of the described issues were still occurring. I called Sterling again to attempt to schedule a drop off to complete the work that should have been done the first time, I was advised that it would be at least a month before they could take the vehicle. I told them that this was not acceptable to which they stated they would call me back. They called back 3 weeks later and attempted to schedule me another month from the date of the call. This went on for multiple months until they finally agreed to take my vehicle in and give me a loaner. They kept the vehicle for 2 months to replace the transmission and address the other issue. Upon picking the vehicle up for the final time, the other issue (tailgate) that was described both times, was still occurring.My problem is this, when I dropped my vehicle off the first time with transmission issues, I was told it was a torque converter, I instructed Sterling Service Department to service the transmission while working on it. Upon dropping the vehicle off for the second time, I was told the transmission was bad due to burned clutches, if that was true then 1 of 2 things need to happen. Either the tech that serviced the transmission on the first visit needs to find a new job, or he needs eyeglasses. There is no possible way that during the servicing of the transmission, that the tech did not see signs of transmission failure.My other issue is that after waiting a total of approximately 3 months and 2 visits, my tailgate is still broken. After paying deductibles and paying for a service on a burned transmission.It is absolutely amazing that Sterling is still in business, I hope and pray that Sterling reforms and becomes an actual honest repair facility, maybe gaining some morals in the process.

We wanted to upgrade from our Explorer, but we are also busy people, Kevin at Sterling had basically everything completed for us so all we needed to do was show up, sign and drive! This is my second vehicle purchased here and we are more than pleased again, Great dealer, great staff!
