If I could more than 5 stars I would easily. Janina is amazing. If anyone is looking to sell or rent a home, please use her as she is incredibly patient, informative, reliable, and timely. She helped us through a very long and complicated house sale that included renting out the house for a year before relisting to sell. She took care of all our tenant's needs and was incredibly helpful in maintaining the property while we waited for the market to come back and sell the house. She listened to all our needs and was happy to go forward with what we wanted while advising us.
