I haven't really had much experience with storage places until I came here to Louisiana and I have to say every time I talk to one of the representatives everybody is so nice to me very kind and considerate,,The facility is very clean Nice working doors overall I've had a five-star experience with everybody,Back in California all the storage places are all big fences big gates big locks on the doors out here in this God's country of Louisiana they don't have that here when I first got here I thought that was kind of strange, but it's kind of nice cuz I can come and go as I like.In my honest opinion you can't go wrong with KO Storage, God Bless to whomever is reading this

The storage unit requires a cylinder lock which you cannot find in Morgan City anywhere. They failed to tell me this so I had to order a lock. Check your storage before bringing your items!!

FIRST MONTH FREEEE is TRUE!!! This storage company is very convenient when moving from out of state because I was able to select and pay for my storage before I even arrived in town. The unit itself was clean and it was big enough for my 2 br home plus all my appliances… They called and followed up with me each time and I recommend them to anyone looking to storage your things and have no worries about it being broken into or weather damage…I appreciate KO Storage!!!

Only 3 stars because I had to spend $20 on a certain lock.tht was a first...Uniit was cleaned and ready to move in, ..but other than the lock it was good..

This was my first experience and the emergency experience of needing storage this app worked good this company it was easy to navigate easy to make payment and to understand and very simple to comply and apply to methods to moving it to your storage this is awesome company I recommend it to anyone

It was easy! We transferred to a smaller unit and all we had to do was transfer our stuff, snap a picture of old unit when empty and let them know we were finished transferring and we were done.
