They act super attentive to sign you up. Once they have your money they don't ever answer their phone calls or emails. I've been having account issues for weeks and have been trying to contact them to straighten this out to no avail. Even the 3rd party business they use for billing is shady AF. They can't find my account but are still charging me. I've been trying to speak with an actual person but that hasn't happened. I just keep getting the run around by a machine that can't find my account.

no one answers the phone; no one calls back when you leave a message; one of the trainers said he would meet me for an appointment and he never showed up and never did contact me back;

My Pearl River, Louisiana membership was terminated by management yesterday. I could not access the facility with my key fob. On video. I was involved in an altercation with a VERY aggressive female BULLY. She was the ONLY one that got angry during our confrontation. I was courteous towards her and I never made any negative comments to her about her person. ALL on video. Jeff Greer is Regional manager of this facility and he was directly involved in addressing a recent confrontation at this facility. He stated to me via text that he didn't care who was right or wrong in this incident. Someone was wrong and it wasn't me. The woman in this incident was not reprimanded as stated by Jeff Greer via text. I've been going to gyms for 49 years and absolutely no one has ever gotten ANGRY, because I interrupted them IN-BETWEEN their sets. MEMBERS INTERRUPT OTHER MEMBERS ALL THE TIME to ask a question, to ask how many sets they have or to ask to work in. I expected no less regarding my membership termination, because I stood up to management and my responses via text refuted their constant deflections and distortions. Management VERY OBVIOUSLY did not like my "tight" focus on a bullying issue that transpired recently. Pearl River, Louisiana manager Jordan and Regional manager Jeff Greer have a HUGE problem with twisting facts and focusing on a gym bully's supposed feelings instead of logic and facts. I have many texts to prove it. Their responses via texts were disjointed and inaccurate. They don't like dealing with conflicts at ALL especially Jeff. A female bully got EXTREMELY upset and angry with me at the Pearl River, Louisiana facility when I approached her between sets. Jeff is the Regional manager of this facility. I was going to ask her a question regarding member safety. I never asked her that question. (She was super friendly to me the week before under the same EXACT circumstances e.g. intense training). She got UNBELIEVABLY angry when I approached her to ask her this question. She stated that she did not like to be interrupted when she worked out. She didn't say I was standing too long near her supposed personal area, yet that was the reason she used to complain about me to management AFTER I made a viable and factual complaint against her aggression and bullying. Jordan and Jeff believed her story based upon her feelings and not based upon the facts, her original excuse as spoken to me as to why she was angry and very obvious logic in this case. One side of the universal machine was encroaching into the barbell rack especially when she was working with the cables. The other side of the barbell rack was 1/4 inch away from the universal machine. This was unsafe for members. I sent Jordan photos of this issue via my phone. Another member and I finally very recently moved the barbell rack a couple of feet away from the universal machine. I was going to get this woman's permission to take a photo of her doing tricep cable extensions as she encroached into the barbell rack. Consideration 101. I was going to show Jordan the photo. Jordan had accepted multiple pictures of the gym equipment and a member named James via my phone so I didn't see an issue. Recently I told Jordan that two bench presses were also encroaching into other pieces of equipment so she moved them to a safer area. The barbell rack was too heavy for her to move. Jeff NEVER seemed concerned about the barbell rack encroachment. Why not address it RIGHT AWAY when I brought it up? I saw this lack of concern via his many texts/ responses. I cannot recommend this facility for the reasons outlined herein and because some equipment issues in the gym NEVER get addressed. Just one issue is that BOTH bikes have digital functions that don't work and buttons are missing. One bike has a seat position function that is damaged so the seat constantly slams back and forth when you use it. These bikes have been like this for a long time.Get Outlook for Android

7thWe finally got some nice changes in MUSIC for ALL to enjoy. I've lived in 6 States and 19 Cities so I've been to a lot of gyms over the past 48 years. I started when I was 16. I've never seen so many lazy and inconsiderate members who refuse to wipe off the equipment after each use. GROSS! This should be enforced. Almost every gym I have attended the members wipe the equipment down. At this gym I have to wipe the equipment down BEFORE I use it, because I KNOW that the last 5-10 people that have used the machine have left their sweat and GUNK on the piece of equipment. I'm not going to wipe it down twice e.g. once for me and once for the next lazy and inconsiderate member(s). Twice I've seen lazy inconsiderate members pull a used dry rag out of their pocket and quickly wipe the equipment down to act like they REALLY did something. You have to use the sanitary wipes or the chemical in the bottles provided to PROPERLY wash the equipment after your use. You dry it off with the brown roll of paper towels provided. Whenever I first come into the gym to use the wet wipes the first one or two wipes are usually dried out, because no one has used them. The bike digital systems are not fully functional so I can't check my heart rate. Missing buttons for H.R. digital selections (one bike) and H.R. digital readout missing on both bikes. On one of the bikes the knob is missing so it's difficult to adjust the seat. On the other bike the seat base is mechanically damaged so it just very noisily "slams" back and forth when you use the bike. You have to consistently concentrate really hard to try and keep the precarious seat in it's appropriate selected position. FUN. The blowing hand dryer in the men's bathroom is mounted at eye level so it's hard to use. The tile design got in the way of mounting it properly. It should be mounted at about waist level. Preacher curl apparatus upholstery ripped up. Rope for triceps pushdows old and very ragged. The brown roll of paper towels to wipe down the equipment after applying chemical spray or wet wipes are NOT provided consistently e.g. M.I.A. The rack of barbells are positioned WAY too close to the adjacent piece of equipment. The situp board is usually positioned too close to the leg press. You need to maneuver around the back of the leg press to add or re-rack your 45lb plates. The universal machine is WAY too close to one of the bench presses. Rules of the gym are not posted for all members to see. Posting the rules is very common in most health clubs and gyms. Most of the equipment is well maintained.

MUSIC? RAP, RAP, RAP especially on the weekends. Most members don't like RAP. Change it. No one to help on the weekends. Nice gym. The new manager Jesse is very nice and friendly. New manager is keeping things neat and clean.Equipment needs to be tuned, upgraded and maybe some new pieces. A hack squat would be a dream come true.Cardio equipment really needs to be upgraded. A stair climber is a needed addition.But, in general, if you know what you're doing you can get a great workout here.

Their building is always clean! Anytime I have a question if no one is at the gym I can email them and get a response back within the next business day. Jordynn is awesome she is the manager of the gym and does all the work of cleaning and prepping. She is very professional and kind hearted and truly wants her members to be happy!
