There is this woman that likes to hover over people especially men and tries to conversation, buts it’s not normal. She’ll stare at you while you are shopping and follow you around. I’ve been going here for a while and she does it every time. I have to watch my back now because I don’t feel comfortable with her breathing down my neck like that. She’s a short woman, in her late 40’s early 50’s. She wears glasses and if not mistaken, has a mole on her face. She definitely has a GROSS CUSTOMER control problem. She definitely talks to you like you are stupid and I know I’m not the only one. Everyone else there is great.

I had more issues with the same woman/ employee today at 11:05AM on 6-10-2024. I've had issues with her in the past on two separate occasions. Today she didn't have a register open, so customers were left to use the two self serve stations. A gentleman was checking out at the first station as I waited at the second station. Customers like me need help at the self serve stations. When she was through with the other gentleman at the first self serve station she kept me waiting by talking WAY too long with him. Then when she was done talking to him she made me move to the self serve station where he had checked out. Why didn't she simply walk 5 feet to help me at the other station? I then walked to the other station. When I was almost checked out with my two items she "QUICKLY" moved to the other self serve station to help out a new customer. Why didn't she ALSO ask him to move to the first self serve station where she was standing? Why didn't she initially help me at the second self serve station which was only 5 feet away? She was also overly nice to the customer before me and after me. She made sure to TRY and treat me differently in more than one way. I get along EXTREMELY well with all the other employees. They're GREAT. This employee has a GROSS customer control problem.

This business was remodeled recently but the store is never clean. Your feet stick to the floor because they don't clean. The coffee station is terrible because the do not clean it. It is terrible
