This will be my go to shop if I every have the need in the future. Good Customer service these days is almost nonexistent, however, this shop went above and beyond to please. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

This place is horrible they currently are trying to hide a stolen vehicle and have locked up in there yard so when I press charges on the people who took it I will see what can be done by this business plus I plan trying to gey the news out there tomorrow when I meet the tow truck to get my truck if I have the time with surgery coming up if not I guess it will be another day im glad I got a pic of my truck being hidden there just shows how dirty they r they have moved it now

I can not say enough about this place. My car was hit/ scratched by a boat ( it was being pulled by a truck). His insurance company suggested that I go to Collision Pro #2, for a quote on a repair. Unfortunately they don't do that unless they are going to do the repairs. BUT!!!! Mrs Dawn helped me so so much!! She gave me her Professional opinion on my car. Even went as far as to offer to take photos for the insurance company.
I got a look of what kind of work they did in repairing vehicles. Their work was amazing. I couldn't see any flaws on the vehicle that was just finished getting worked on. They care about your vehicle but most importantly they care about you. If you need any body work done on your vehicles I strongly suggest Collison Pro #2!!!

I received the absolutely best service. The estimate was exactly what I wanted done. The repair was fast even though I dropped my truck off the day tornados came through on Wednesday. They had it ready Friday and it was perfect as we discussed. They also detailed it inside and out. They best my truck has looked in Years.

Very very happy with the service. The staff is most friendly. They repaired my truck ahead of the scheduled time, which I was most appreciative as I was heading out of town. Repaired the damage and now it looks back to being brand new! Thank you so much!!

Respectful, professional, and honest people working here. Brought my 2016 Corolla in for a door repair and were completely honest about everything they’d have to do and pricing. Once done they even fixed minor damage to my bumper which wasn’t even part of the original claim. After all that, they went through and REALLY cleaned my interior. Glad I was recommended this place. If I ever need repairs again, definitely coming back.

Highly recommend!We were in an accident on our way from Texas to Alabama after visiting family. We were six hours from home and our insurance company sent us to Collision Pro. It was Christmas Eve night and we did not have many choices so we took our jeep to them. I am glad we did. They did an amazing job. Their customer service was incredible. They did outstanding work.

Such an amazing experience! I would recommend this location, or any of their locations for any service needs! Mr. James and his staff truly went over and beyond to take care of me, and that goes a long way in todays world! Me and my family will never use a different body shop than this one!

I Learned of this company through State Farm insurance claim in December 2022 where collision pro replaced my motor due to flooding charging over 8,000.00 to my insurance and myself with a 500.00 deductible So, I Will not recommend this company the 2nd time the company charged 475$ for a tow from Hammond,La to Pearl River, La which is 55 miles. The Driver that towed my car lost my keys and didn’t verify any prices with me, My total 715$ cash out of pocket cost for a battery and tow. The prices are outrageous and overpriced. I will take my business elsewhere.
