“I have to give them 5 stars because I've never received bad customer service.Unfortunately, they are always out of stock of at least 1 thing I need. But, that's not the store's issue. That's DG distribution issue.”

“This particular dollar general has a new manager and she really takes proud in her store. I remember when she was at the one down hwy 43 and she is great. Her name is Stephanie and I am glad she is at this store now. Yall are going to see a enormous difference in how this stor was and is now that Stephanie is over it!!!! Trust me!!!”
“You can almost always find just about everything you need here and it's inexpensive. The only complaint I have is that there's only one cashier, one cash register, one lane open so sometimes you're in line waiting for a few minutes. On more rare occasions you may even wait in the check out line for a little while.”

“Went in there last week. The store employee was fantastic. Excellent customer service. KJ was his name. He was very pleasant, prompt, attentive. This young man was fantastic. First, he greeted me with a smile. He then took my little yellow basket when I asked him what to do with it. I got a propane refill and he asked the other employee if she could stay up front while he helped me. We need more great customer service like him. He was a pleasure.”
“Its a basic dollar general. Nothing out of the ordinary. The cashiers are always nice and personable. Haven't had any issues at this location with the exception of having to look for the cashier every now and then, but that's the usual at most dollar generals b/c the cashiers also stock. They usually show up pretty quickly when they see a customer and I'm almost always greeted as I enter the store.”
“I came in today (12/31/23) at around 3:30pm to return some headphones. For some reason the register didn't like that and it had to be shut down. The delay made one certain customer act out rather rudely... I just want to say that the guy working the register was absolutely amazing and he handled the situation and the rude customer very professionally. I didn't catch his name but that man deserves a raise!!! I appreciate him very much and he definitely reacted better than I would have! Thank you so much and I'm sorry I was the cause of a lot of frustration.”
“One employee was loud and complaining about her cell, or lack there of, for a few days....? I was in the very back of the store and she was behind the register. Un-professional.”
“This dollar tree goes above and beyond and I enjoy what they say on their little paper they said that they'll go to The far side of the earth just to look for magnificent stuff for us to be able to enjoy, everything's $1.25 there is no $5 section there's no $4 section or $3 section has only $1.25 section and they have a very wide variety of stuff to choose from so go on down to your local Dollar tree then go enjoy on gauze Blvd on front Street..”

“Just your typical DG if you pass one up, you know there’s one, 2-3 miles down the road you’ll see the next one. Pretty much the same as the other ones. Clean, friendly staff and for all your quick needs they usually have them on the shelf, but I was just passing through. I don’t live in this area. I had to run and get something, good thing they had it because, I really needed it.”
“I love the convienience. I call tjis place my mini wal mart. I can get wjat i gotta get and get out without walking half a mile for a gallon of milk and waiting in line an hour.”
“For what they pay these poor people, it’s amazing anyone wants to work there. With the little help they usually have, they work hard to keep shelves stocked. Please up the pay and maybe you will get more help. The managers work hard to keep it together. I visit no less than 2-3 times per week because I hate having to go to Wally World.
Cudos to the employees that are sticking it out.
My suggestion: maybe hire a night crew to strictly stick the shelves.”

I love having spent only thirty to forty dollars and walking out with both hands full of grocery bags.”
“I mean it's a dollar general. We all know we go here just because we don't want to get ready for Walmart. Has a little bit of everything.The people that work at this one are very friendly. Lost an item the other day and the only place I remembered I took it out was at DG. Called the store to see if I dropped it, said a worker found it and turned it in.”
“First of all, I don't waste time writing reviews unless I feel it is really worthy, outstanding, and jaw dropping old school friendliness. I was at Dollar General on Old Spanish Trail on April 11th, 2023..it was just about closing time.For anyone reading this...wow yall...I haven't seen people with positive management skills happy to serve their customers...in a VERY LONG TIME.the team of employees looked content and happy to be there. Rare. People nowadays usually look miserable no matter where you go...So I'm disabled...I'm epileptic...I'm not allowed to drive...it's by some odd luck I even got a ride up there to get a few things..I also splurged on some candles. By the time I got home, I realized I had left my candles there. Since it was hard to find a way up there, I called the store and asked if they could just put the candles back on my debit card (thinking it might be saved in system)...I found out I would still have to be up there with the card.Devon, the day shift Manager, offered up to bring them to my address after his shift. Yet another jaw dropping moment from this store! Not only that but the friendly smile, friendliness, and willingness to go that serious extra mile for me?? Just .. wow's me..it warms my heart.Thank you Dollar General on Old Spanish Trail”

“Update on Friday my wife was in the store with her sister shoping. For some reason she fell on the floor and bang her head. The assistant was brilliant and help her and called the ambulance for her.I was also called and cannot call the store for anything as nothing was around or near to cause her to fall. Thank you for everything you did. Needs more than one staff member on register Had to wait in line for nearly 15 mins and cashier was not very pleasant.”
