Clearly making a quick decision on a mattress isn’t easy and Mark stayed late with us until we could make a final decision. The whole time he continued to ask us questions and discussed options to make sure we got the mattress we needed. “Everyone at the outlet was so helpful. Caleb went above and beyond to help me make the purchase of my bed over the phone. He sent me photos, walked me through how to apply for a credit card, and answered all my questions over text and phone calls. Then Austin and Kenny were great once we got to the store and my husband continued to buy more things up until closing time. I’m not sure of the name of the girl who worked the desk but she was wonderful too helping us find a place to go eat and chatting with us. We will definitely be back!”
