Absolutely the best Sonic I've been too in a couple years!! I usually go to sonic once a week or so because I love the Chili Cheese tator tot!! I live in Slidell and the 3 that are close to me are ALL absolutely awful!! The chili is cold and one time the tot was still frozen ? I have written bad reviews on those locations, but this one was perfect!! Tristan answered quickly and was super friendly! He even brought out my food!! Fast, Friendly service and great food!! Thank you! I will be driving to this location more often!!

Excellent!Best Sonic experience I've had in a while! I do have to mention though, we were in Kentucky for about 6 years, and our local Sonic was terrible. So terrible that even though it's my favorite fast food restaurant, we still avoided that particular location as much as possible.But not this one. Friendly service, hot fresh food, super quick delivery to our car!? ? ? ? ?

I ordered a #2 double cheeseburger and a #3 bacon double cheeseburger.First, they try and pass off a single patty Jr burger as the #2 "normal size" and try to say the menu size is "super sized"... NO, the normal size burgers are normal size and what is listed on the menu, no one should pay nearly 11.00 for a tiny JR BURGER!!!! And second, they don't even put BACON on the #3 double bacon cheeseburger. Then a giant run around for fixing their mistakes, which only makes things worse. If you MESS UP, YOU FIX IT. Plain and simple. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to compile actual adult size burgers, but maybe this sonic is setting a new record. Smh.

If I could give Zero Stars for Service, I would. I ordered 4 Combo Meals tonight from a Disgruntled Employee named Brooklyn. When ordering, I stated I would like Two burger combos with Dr. Peppers and Two Chicken Tender Combos and was immediately cut off by her stating they were out of Chicken Tenders... so, No big deal, I order two more burger Combos, One with a Sprite and One with a Tea, She then stated they were out of tea as well. So, I simply ordered another Sprite. When she brought the food out, she did not read over the order, the screen was broken so it was not taking our card payment so she had to take the card inside to pay. While i waited i checked our bags and there was four burgers, three tater tots and four drinks. Any normal person would assume, I'm missing one order of tots. When Brooklyn returned with my debit card, after charging $42.98, I tell her I'm sorry, I am short one tater tot. Her entire demeanor changed and she stated we only ordered three combos. I stated No I ordered Four, I have 4 burgers, 4 drinks and three tots. She took the receipt with an attitude, read out loud what I ordered and she then stated Oh, Your didn't order 4 combos you ordered three, I tell her then why would you give me four drinks and 4 burgers if I didnt order 4? She then gets annoyed and proceeds to tell me, while still holding my debit card receipt. I can ring you up for another tot if you want another one.She was so busy chatting with coworkers inside while taking my order that she rang up one burger and one drink al la carte. When I tell her thats what she did, she refused to make it right and she turns away and tells me Have a Good night as she stormed off.With the prices of food going up, I still chose to spend my money there. It was an easy fix and she refused. She simply could've given me the other tot buy refunding the al la Carte items and re enter the meal and I pay the difference. But her attitude was ridiculous. Not to mention the tots i did get tasted like burnt grease and I threw them out. I will not be going back to this Sonic Ever Again. I even went to McDonald's to order 4 medium fries to make up for the Tots. I Should've just went there to to begin with.

10/31/2023Just went to this sonic placed an app order and not only did it take 30 min to come out we saw our food sitting on the counter the whole time. Both the double bacon cheeseburgers were so soggy that they were pouring juice out. Also I ordered 4 ranch and they brought out 2 marinara which one was busted open and crusty. I pushed the button asked for the ranch and literally waited for another 15 min just to get ranch which after saying they forgot the 4 ranch they only brought out 2 ranch… I’m most mad about the 2 soggy burgers I got that cost an arm and a leg to start… way to go sonic!

Asked for 4 ranch gave me 2 marinara. I told them and then they bring 2 ranch. Hamburgers were soggy. Hopefully it was just a bad day for them, but this particular day wasn't

Order a small butterfinger blast with extra butterfinge, onion rings and a burger. Onion rings tasted like road kill for some unknown reason. Like genuinely concerned there was poison in them. Butter finger blast had basically 0 butterfinger in it as usual. So i asked for extra butterfinger on the side and the server brings me about a tbsp of butterfinger and wants to tries to charge me 5 dollars. 0/10 would recommend a dumpster over this location

the ice cream machine has been broken for 4 consecutive weeks. 1/2 the screens are broken and i just waited 20 minutes for an ocean water and a tot. service was ok nothing special but ice cream machine needs to be fixed

Every single time I go there the stall you go in has a broken screen that you can't order from, the ice cream AND slushy machines are apparently broken every single time and sometimes you go just to wait 30 plus minutes because you already paid, and if you use stall 4 and 10 they told me they don't recieve the order after you've pushed the red button so you're waiting for nothing.

How in the world does the Pearl River La. location even stay open? If you are lucky enough to find a working order screen, you get the rudest employee on the other end who will not even let you complete your order before cutting you off. I will go to any Slidell location before I ever visit this location again.How are you even still in business?

First off, I love Sonic. My review is more for this location. I have been putting off the review hoping things would improve, but I’m afraid they have not. ? More than half of their screens have been out for a long time. They are regularly unavailable to order from the app. They have a little bit of an order QA/QC ISSUE. I literally just left there 5 minutes ago empty handed because their ice cream machine was broken (and they were unavailable on the app again). I think this location needs a little TLC to get it back to the best it can be. For now, I am sorry to say, I’ll just drive to another Sonic location. I wish this wasn’t the case because the Hwy 41 location is very convenient and I would love to be able to support them. I just haven’t had a successful trip there in a long while.
