Their rates are very reasonable, and they’ve always done exactly what they said they would. They stand by their work, and I’ve never had a single issue with anything they’ve repaired or serviced from major work completed with a rear differential replacement all the way to just stopping in to have one of my 37” tires plugged from snagging a nail on the road. Heck, even if I just have a mechanical question Andy has always been there willing to chat.
What really sets them apart is their honesty. They don’t sugarcoat or try to upsell unnecessary work — they’re straight with you, and that means a lot. “Major shoutout to Nathan at Sam's Club Tire & Battery! I made a trip to New Orleans for the Taylor Swift concert and was driving back as a solo female traveller. I got a flat tire and luckily this Sam's Club was nearby. I was pretty scared and nervous as I had a ~675 mile journey ahead of me and did not know this area well at all. I stopped by this location in hopes of getting this issue fixed. I did not have an appointment. Nathan helped me and changed my flat tire and walked me through the whole process. I only had to wait an hour and it was good to go! I do not know a lot about cars, and appreciated his patience and kindness! Made me so grateful for my Sam's Club membership!”

I started hearing a noise, sounded like my tire was about to fall off….pulled into Goodyear and Mr David came out to take a look,and it didn’t sound good…. Told me he would look at it… put my car on the rack and literally everything fell apart as he took the tire off…
By having a 23 year old car some parts are not easy to find but Mr David put in some work and let’s just say…..I AM BACK IN ACTION…..

“I made an appointment online to have my tires rotated. When I went in I mention to John that I might need tires so he immediately checked my tires and said I needed two new front tires I had no tread on the hardly. They did a full inspection which came back with a few things I needed which is expected with a car that has over 215,000 miles. I have to say my experience here was great excellent customer service from both John and Jason that worked on my car. I will definitely go back when I need anything else done on my car. Thanks y’all for a great experience.”
