“I called NTB to ask about the pricing of a tire, and they told me it would be $85 with a $10 discount and $20 for the balance. However, the price I was quoted over the phone did not match the one I received at my local NTB tire store. I was told by the store manager that the quote wasn't correct and that it was provided by the NTB call center and not an actual store. Please be aware that when you call NTB, it’s a call center and not an actual store. Thankfully, the store manager Torres was able to get as close as possible to the quote provided by the call center. Torres not only made things right, but he also had a great attitude and conducted himself in a professional manner. For all of your tire needs, NTB on Gause in Slidell is a great choice.”

“Popped in to see if I could throw Goodyear a few bucks to air up the tires in my parents' car, which were all quite low on pressure. Joy was in the office and said she'd be happy to put some air in the tires at no charge. I offered to pay, but she wouldn't hear of it. While she aired them up, she gave them a quick little inspection and made some helpful observations and passed along some recommendations given what I told her about their driving frequency and income. “So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.”
