They don’t know what they are doing I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday they said no such address but I had it I’m form delivered app and I still couldn’t get my package manager lied be careful when using the post office

Possibly the worst post office in the country. Had a package supposed to be delivered to pearlinton Ms. Only 22 mi. These people sent it to Houston texas, and went to mobile alabama, and 2 weeks later I've never received it. Don't use this post office they should all be fired.

Most of the staff is friendly and help, Management on the other hand is a... well, he takes away 3 stars from the ranking. I know its the toughest job in the SW being a small town postmaster, but dang, a little kindness goes a long way.

Whoever the woman is with long straightened black hair that works at the Pearl River Post Office is SO sweet. She has great customer service, talks to you like you're a person, she's helpful without making it seem like you're a bother to her, and just gives off a caring vibe. A young lady that was disabled asked for a hug and she made sure to walk around to the other door just to make sure she gave her that hug! Just such a sweet moment to witness. ?

Got a message saying my package was on hold and to call the post office. I took me calling 30 times to finally get an answer. They told me a dog was in the yard. Wasn't mine. The lady stated the package was on the truck and would be delivered that day. It's been 24 hours now, I have called all day, no one will answer the phone, there has been zero updates on my package so I can only assume it's lost in a truck or inside the facility. Would be nice if someone could actually answer the phone for once.

I have ordered dog food multiple times and now all of a sudden it’s to much for this lady to pick up. They didn’t drop it off at the garage like they normally do. Instead I got a notice saying it was too heavy. Which is weird because I’ve never had the issue before. We were at my house she didn’t even come up to the garage and ask us for help or anything. She just didn’t want to do it.

By far the best usps in the surrounding areas. It’s way less crowded than most locations and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

friendliness is on the air......
3 ladies working there all helpful in their own different way. I understand the black young lady, she’s quiet and can’t compare her much with the two, coz she might be still on her learning stage.
But i never had problem dealing with this post office.

Definition of a good little home town service. They make sure you receive your packages. The delivery man is very kind and will go out his way to hand you your package if he sees you outside. Great service.
