I want the world to know that the Pine Prairie branch of Investar is such an asset to our community. They are happy to assist you with any problems not just financial. Being a senior citizen I do not know much about my IPhone and if I have a problem they will teach me with a smile on their faces. We have an outreach program for the elderly and they are very patient with counting out the loose change people bring us and also help me keep this account straight for me. They are very courteous to everyone that comes into the bank even though I find some people rude. I am going to have surgery in another state and will recuperate there and asked if they could come to my home and deposit the checks I receive monthly while I am away and they very graciously told me they would be happy to accommodate me in this matter. This bank goes out to accommodate everyone and I am most thankful to bank with them.
