We have used 28 East Storage for about 5 1/2-6 yrs. Any interaction with them has been friendly & professional! We have never had any issues and the unit area was always clean. If I ever need their services again I will call them in a second.

They made an unauthorized charge to my card. Refused to reverse the charge. District manager Tonya made up a story to justify the charge. Fraudulent activity at this location. Filed police report, BBB complaint

Made reservations for a Uhaul and they won't answer the phone or return my calls after two business days of waiting. How can I rely on then to give me the truck I rented whenever they can't even answer the phone?

U-Haul corporate messed up our reservation but the people at 28 East storage were so accommodating and helpful I can't say enough nice about them. Especially the woman at the desk and unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was so kind and helpful. I am disabled and the gentleman in the office offered me a chair and was also very kind and helpful and everyone was friendly.
