Had a U-Haul reservation for 9 AM and waited until 11 — no one ever showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

They were very kind despite me knowing how difficult I was personally being. Even when I had asked to cancel they were cordial and respectful. If I am to ever need a storage unit this would definitely be the place I would go!

Ive had a unit here for almost two years. In those two years it’s been one thing after another. I’ve been locked inside the facility. Which after 45 mins of calling, figured out how to over ride gate. Key pads that didn’t work properly. Someone threw multiple sodas that were open over the wall into my unit and all my stuff was sticky. Not to worry then A flood happened. Had to move a large very unit and was offered no compensation for that inconvenience. Here recently went to rent a second unit. Only needed for a month and some change. Prices were outrageous. They wouldn’t offer any online pricing. The lady that works in the office doesn’t have great customer service skills at all. Cannot wait to leave them next month!

Been with them for 20 years. My credit card company updated my expiration date, so the card didn't go through on time on Jan 1st. Got hit with a late fee on Jan 6th. Got hit with another late fee on Jan 16th. How many late fees do they plan on adding on in one month? I updated my credit card information on the website. I called in and spoke to Brian to ask for a retraction on the late fees. I Informed him I had been working 15 - 24 hour days in a COVID unit for the last few months and been a little busy. Brian stated, "Nothing he could do". This ain't the same company I first rented from 20 years ago. They were bought out by some greedy big shots who don't know dick about customer service. I'll be packing up my stuff and moving out ASAP.

Probably about the most fun we have had renting something from a U-Haul provider! The people working here were so helpful. But more than this they were friendly and fun and just a joy to meet. This kind of service is a dying art. So glad it's still alive and well in Pineville, Louisiana :)
