“Recently renovated with updated appliances, cabinetry, doors, etc. Not all carpet so easier to keep nice and not show wear. Nicer than most apartments at the same price point. Neighbors are all friendly and inviting while the community as a whole is very calm and quiet and the grounds are spectacularly clean and orderly. Regular inspections which keeps everything in line. Also up to date with options to pay online which has added perks and also a way to communicate with management and, according to the description, the other tenants. So far, seems a safe and pleasant place to live.”
