5400 Service Rd E, Pineville LA 71360
“Recently renovated with updated appliances, cabinetry, doors, etc. Not all carpet so easier to keep nice and not show wear. Nicer than most apartments at the same price point. Neighbors are all friendly and inviting while the community as a whole is very calm and quiet and the grounds are spectacularly clean and orderly. Regular inspections which keeps everything in line. Also up to date with options to pay online which has added perks and also a way to communicate with management and, according to the description, the other tenants. So far, seems a safe and pleasant place to live.”

5445 Provine Pl, Alexandria LA 71303
“The entire staff are extremely nice but Cherokee Pritchard, Belinda Jones, Serina Stolmeier goes above and beyond for their residents. I also feel that the appliances need to be updated for these prices but overall everything is great.”
