I have been countless stores to simple get a paper bill as well as 28 East several times.I had a per paid account for several years never had the first problem. UNTIL I switched over to an account which began the nightmare of my life! You can call r go in to get the account straight after a year still nothing has changed and the issue is never corrected.I am out done with this!!!!

This is my son's account. My name is Sandra R. I went to store yesterday to make a claim on my insurance due to losing my phone the night before. While doing so I made the decision to buy a apple watch. The saleman was one of the worst I've ever had. Mind you I'm 51. He didn't ask me anything nor did he show me how it works... he handed me a bag with a box in it. It was closing time but darn I still don't have the watch working. I'm about to make my 3rd trip to the store. Please educate your employees on how to interact and inform your customers on how things work. Also the manager told me twice the deductible was $200. It's not the deductible is $275.00. I'm pissed because I would have waited before making the claim until next week. ? I feel like this is straight up dishonest. I feel like the manager should be educated better. AT&T you are a worldwide company. DO BETTER THAN THIS.

1 star is even too high for this store. I have been a LOYAL customer of AT&T for over 10 years and after this latest experience I will be canceling all of my accounts. I recently setup a business hotspot account. I was not given the pin number associated with this account. Not only that they put my husband as the authorized person (he was never in the store with me) everything was done under my name, my social, and my driver's license. I can't do anything without having him tell them I am authorized. That started the whole mess. I was then told I had to go to the store to fix this problem. I went to the store was told I was the authorized person but they couldn't help me with the PIN number to "fully authenticate" my account. I called the number again was told I couldn't get into the account because I wasn't the authorized person and I needed to get a temporary pin to the number associated with the account.... These are hotspots not phones. I went back in the store asked to speak with a manager. At this point I was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED. It took a while for the manager to come out of the back room. The level of "I don't care" that was coming from him was ridiculous. So after 3 trips to the store and 5 phone calls I have to go BACK to the store to get my account number to call the number to have them cancel the account. This has been going on for a WEEK! I have already swapped my internet to T-Mobile and after I successfully shut down the hotspot wireless account I will be moving all 4 of my phone lines and I will NEVER do business with AT&T again. If you are going to hire managers I suggest they be trained a little better before turning them loose on the public. Also maybe it should be a little easier for a customer to accomplish anything without the constant back and forth of going to the store and making phone calls to people that have no idea what is going on. I know the $600 a month lost from me will not hurt the companies bottom dollar but I can say with 100% certainty that I will not spend another penny to support this company or their undertrained, uncaring, unprofessional employees and managers.

I was in for replacement parts: new MagSafe and new screen protector with a new case. Attendees were awesome... very personable, even offering suggestions for me to enhance my phone's use. They took care of everything for me!

When I walked in this morning there was no greeting, no "We will be right with you," nothing but apparent apathy. Noticing that two of the three employees were busy, I waited patiently along with two ladies who were there before me. While we waited, another customer walked in. She also was not greeted. She waited a few minutes and quickly left. Tiring of being ignored, I walked out followed by the two ladies who were there before me. True, two employees were busy. But they could have at least acknowledged us as potential customers, rather than see four of us walk out.

Jazmine was very kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable! She resolved the reason I visited the store in which I purchased a new phone and even offered if I wanted to order the same phone I purchased, but with more mega bytes or storage (whichever the correct term used) She also gave specific instructions on how to transfer my data to my new device from my old device, being my old device had too many apps, info., etc. and I had to delete lots from my old phone before transferring to my new phone. Lastly, she ensured she gave me the app "Smart Switch" to send data from my old device and be able to receive the data to my new device for transferring purposes. Thank you, Jazmine!~Tia Adams

I'm not into dishing out bad reviews, but until this point, I'd had good experiences with AT&T's customer service... phone, live chat, email, and across various departments. Then I came across a more complicated matter that was beyond the scope of customer service on every other platform, and they all said the same thing... I would need to go to the store.The reps in the store treated me like I was retarded for asking them the exact question that phone support had told me I had to bring to them. Then, they refused to take my ID because I had LA Wallet. If you go there, you should know they don't take all official forms of identification. Actually, they don't take anything but State ID or DL. That is irrelevant because I doubt they actually need my ID to take some documentation from me that phone support needed to fix the problem.I'm not sure why Phone support can't take documentation from customers. That's a whole different review, though. This is about how absurdly rude and dismissive the employees were at this AT&T.They didn't bother to smile when they greeted me. Maybe they were having a bad day. I mean, it's not as though they were busy... or doing anything at all when I walked in. I didn't have to wait to talk to someone. I'm not sure if it was just poor training or a combination of that and lack of knowledge.Either way, assuming your customer is wrong before a full sentence leaves their mouth is the worst kind of customer service failure. Retrain your employees, AT&T. Because of this brick wall that the store put up, phone support and I had to throw in the towel. Now I'm in the process of a dispute. They aren't solely responsible, but I mean... this is kind of where any kind of solution was taken off the table.At least it was a short conversation.

Everything was great and quick with my visit Demetrius Ross assisted me to the fullest, fixed my phone that was frozen and I still completed upgrade, he tried to see other ways he could assist as in Apple Watch or cable but I just wasn't interested at the time, he transferred all my info from one phone to another and helped with all of my questions! I appreciate all of his help and how simple he made the process

Part of buying a $1200 phone for me I think should be the experience that comes along with it. The phone is great but the employees need to be more alive a show some love for the job, also dress more professional along with being better at talking to customers.
