They don't care about anyone but lining their pockets. My husband got in a wreck as I'm sitting at the hospital with my son for his surgery. They won't let him get his toolbox off staying it's a part of the truck and lied to the officer and said it was attached. It's Christmas and that was our only vehicle with 4 children. They wanted over $300 to get it out. We lost our tires that are barely a year old too.

I was stranded 70 miles south of Pineville, called them first, others after that, called them back because everyone down there were either closed or wanted a small fortune, they came and got me; very professional, safe and efficient and took care of my car at a very reasonable price for their services; I thank you Bordelon's.

They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate. They pulled up to the site and left before I was even able to arrive. Refused service because there was no tired and then when I had a fix for that problem they refused service because there was blood on the car door. No other towing service has those types of policies because they wear gloves and peoples cars get towed for all sorts of reasons in all sorts of conditions. Terrible terrible! They should be closed down.

I would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could simply for this businesses unprofessionalism, poor communication, and I, as a female, would replace my entire engine on the side of the road alone by watching YouTube videos before using Mr. Richard Bordelon’s towing company.Side note: his grammar and spelling are atrocious, but that has nothing to do with the more atrocious service…just a little extra oomph for how disappointed and shocked I am. Not sure how he’s still in business. Must be the only company in that town. Call an Uber and find another tow company is my advice. He’s pricey too for being such a rude and unprofessional business owner.
