They take care of me and my car. I don't drive much anymore, and they don't seem to mind. They must have been swamped and/or short staffed; they were very busy. They make me feel confident that I'm getting excellent service.

The mechanic went above and beyond to put my spare tire on so I could make it to my appointment in time. Although he was not able to put a new tire on at that time, due to being really busy, he had me bring it back Sunday morning when he put the new tire on within 30 minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for taking care of me. I will honestly tell my friends about you guys and how you aim to please your customers.

Well I called twice to make an appointment for a rental car from Enterprise in Lafayette. I told them that while tenting the car the oil change light came on. They advised I could take it to Firestone if I want. When I arrived at Firestone, Andrew who was at the service desk was extremely polite and professional. However they did not have the filter necessary for the oil change. I wish the person checked that on the phone before arriving there. It was not Andrew who made the appointment though. It was someone else who did not check for the filter in stock. I would think its important to check before hand. The shop looks organized and clean. Large and orderly I will definitely take my personal car there for light service in the future

Friday afternoon on-the-road tire emergency. We called with our ETA, minutes before closing. They graciously stood by their word of being open and got us back on the road. Staying late on a Friday is never what people want to do but they really kept our important weekend from spinning off into the crapper. THANKS SO MUCH.

The technicians did an excellent job inspecting my vehicle and resolving the issue. The cost to repair my vehicle is fair. My vehicle was ready when the technician said it would be.

Was halfway between Houston and Birmingham, AL (my destination) when my dash alerted me to a low tire psi. Headed to the Pineville, LA Firestone store immediately, arriving at 5:45pm on a Saturday night. This location closed at 6pm, so just made it. The Technician on duty - Mike - already likely to be working over with on one car ahead of me, but indicated he would get mine done. As soon as he could, Mike pulled my tire off, showed me the nail, promptly fixed it, and got me on my way which was a HUGE relief.

I came from over 3 hours away for a meeting in Woodworth. I hit something on the interstate and it popped both of my back tires. I have a Tesla, so the tow company in Bunkie, La could not tow my vehicle. The gentlemen at Firestone got my vehicle, changed my tires, and had me on my way within just a few hours. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. I was pretty stressed out and these guys were amazing! Mr. John treated me as well as he would have treated his own family. I cannot thank them enough.
