Just got home from an overseas deployment to find out my wife's truck inspection had expired. Asked her if she had tried to get it inspected and she told me she took it and was told this location in Pineville, LA. They told they could not inspect it because her driver side window would not roll down. I did my research to find that operation of the windows has nothing to do with safety inspection. I don't know if they were trying to get extra money from her or not but need less to say I will definitely not use this location ever again.

DO NOT go to them they'll mess up your vehicle and won't take the blame!! They didn't properly do my tune up, My truck ran worst than it ever did after. One of my spark plugs blew causing the coil pack to explode. It also ruined my threads. They denied it was their service and blamed it on my part saying it was "faulty" lol (Which i knew it wasn't). My truck was broken down in front of their store for days they didn't do anything to fix it. They denied additional services I had to pay twice to get it towed and had to rethread it myself to get it back running. They are the worst make them your last option!!

Spilled oil all over my engine block, tightened the drain bolt WAY over the spec torque, then charged me 3x what it would have cost to do it myself.
