Just bought a house that the plumbing was not updated. At the last minute just before closing. One of the pipes bursted and my husband rushed to get there in time for one fitting. He was running to the door just as they was about to lock the doors. The employee listened to my husband’s need for this item and opened the doors for him. Thank goodness for that employee because that night our water was back on!!!!

I recently went to Lowes in Pineville, LA and purchased a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. After waiting a week for them to be delivered the refrigerator and washer were damaged. Talked to customer service and while she thought she had me on hold she was more concerned about what she was having for lunch. Fast forward to today. Delivery time scheduled 8am to noon. Driver calls at noon to tell me it will be about 45 minutes. They were just leaving Alexandria. Never mind the fact that most of us work and not everyone has someone who can sit and wait for them. After today, I will never make any large purchases with Lowes again. If you take in consideration my loss wages for both deleveries, inconsiderate customer service and damaged appliances, I would rather purchase from local, small appliance stores.

Stayed on hold for an hour and finally gave up. I wanted to purchase a washer and dryer, but no answer, no sale.

BEWARE! This has to be the sorriest excuse for a business anywhere on the planet. Sold my daughter materials they didn't have and been lying to her for weeks about delivery. The manager won't even come out and talk to anyone just keep sending same incompetent peons out that have lied to you already to tell you more lies. Sounds like fraud to me. If you deal with them plan on having to hire an attorney and file suit to get what you paid for.

Everything I've ordered from them has been broken before it made it to me. I've sent back 3 out of 4 items I've ever ordered from them. This last time it took almost 2 weeks to get a refund, every time I called to get it straight, they would put me on hold for 20 minutes. This store is the worst Lowe's I've ever been in.

Over the years I've had so many bad experiences at this store. But what happened last night has me committed to never coming here again. We went in to buy a 5 piece melrose dining set that was on sale. We go to customer service, tell her what we want. We say we will come back in a couple hours with a truck to pick it up. We'll my husband goes back and the woman only put we wanted 2 chairs. Why? No clue. I thought we were pretty clear. Showed a picture of the sale price that said 5 piece and everything. He tells them no we wanted the whole thing, and the guy says he can get 2 more chairs. No why would we want 4 chairs and no table? He doesn't know where the tables are even though it says they have 2. The whole time he's acting like he is in a rush and wants them to leave him alone.
My husband just gives up and asks for a refund. No one was helpful, they acted like we were bothering them, and they all act like they're high and don't understand what we are saying. I've never had much help from this store in the past, but it's a lot closer then home depot so I keep going. After this I just give up.

Very busy today, many people out buying plants on this beautiful day. So many plants to choose from but prices have went up tremendously. I did buy top soil for $2.48 a 40lb bag and mulch was 5 bags for $10.

Went to purchase two clothes dryers, waited for, and never got anyone to help us,
