First off Shasta , Dan , Nichole & Mickie were phenomenal! Now the manager I just spoke with is a different story. Came into purchased a new John Deere Z515E zero turn mower . A $5,936 mower I get it home fill it with gas get ready to unload it and it doesn’t crank , the battery is dead ! I call and ask how to handle this asking if I take it to John Deere or them to replace the battery and I’m ask what do you want me to do about it ? Well thanks Lowe’s management I’ll be returning it tomorrow for a refund and go to Loewer power sports and spend my money there . I’ll never step foot in pineville Louisiana Lowe’s again after this return.

My wife bought a refrigerator three years ago at the Pineville, La store. She purchased the premium protection package. The frig went out. Following the protocol, we called the authorized techs to come see about the unit. There reply was it can’t be fixed that it will be replaced. He advised that he would contact Lowes immediately for a recommended replacement. We never heard from Lowes. My wife called an finally got a service representative. Of coarse it is a foreigner that does not enunciate English language worth spit. She finally advised that we were approved for a repair- not a replacement. Thats not what the appliance company said. When ask to speak to a higher authority we were told they didn’t have a phone number for them. That we were to call our appliance company again. Lowe’s warranty policy is useless as well as there foreigners. This is no reflection on the local stores employees. They can’t believe the hell were having with these idiots No more business with them. I fully recommend that you stay away from there useless protection plans

Employees do not know their product. I had a hard time finding a employee to help me with my situation. I finally found someone who I thought a good head on their shoulders and know the product. Boy, was I wrong. Seems like it's due to lack of proper training on company / management part? Or is it the Employees just don't care or don't want to work? Poor customer service. There needs to be at least 2 maybe 3 Employees to each department and make sure that they stay in their department and have knowledge of their products that are in their department!!!!!!

Appliances pick out arrived as stated. Perfect, no dents or dings. The scheduling window was four hours, and they arrived early. Sales gal was helpful without trying to up sell me.

Hi,at your Pineville La,store,#2965 .I must say a gentleman named Tom or Tommy first helped me with what I needed to put in a new tub and surrounds.From what faucet to get and the fitting.Today I got another great gentleman helping me. As he helping so many with frozen tube problems. I still doing the tub 4 weeks later.(florist not plumber)Dan was gentleman name #484991 .You got a good team at this store.I in retail for 52 years,I know it's hard find good people .Thank-youSamuel C Barnes 1/18/24 2:48 pm

I’m extremely aggravated! I ordered cabinets in August 2023, the cabinets came in September 2023. In October 2023, 3rd week, the installer came to install the cabinets, but did not have all the material needed. The installer had to order more items. The items came in the last week of November 2023. The installer did not come back until December 11, 2023, and STILL DID NOT have all the material so now it will be another month before the cabinets are done which means I will not have countertops or a kitchen sink for a total of 3 months! Unacceptable! I would not recommend purchasing cabinets from Lowe’s!

While shopping for yard tools, I had so much help from a lady named Billie (I hope I got that right!) first she found an aerator for me, and later while looking for a tow cart for my mower, she literally spent 30 minutes helping me with everything I needed. Online it said the cart I was looking for was available, but we just couldn’t find it. Billie checked in three different aisles, using ladders and checking every place possible, even the front of store and in the back where they assemble products. I was just very impressed with how much she tried to help me find it! Ultimately it seemed to be out of stock, and even though I didn’t get the cart, man that was a really great and kind employee! Thanks for all of the help, it was above and beyond my expectations! I hope you get recognized for excellence!And I will add, in general the employees at this Lowes are always awesome. Heck even one of the guys who handles electric power tools helped me for 15 minutes and I think he doesn’t technically even work in the store haha!! Thanks y’all!

We're halfway through with staining our cabinets, and needed more stain. Unfortunately, the employees at Lowes have never heard of such a thing. I also needled additional cabinet screws. They just gave me an aisle number and walked away. They only get so much business because they're a monopoly locally.

Nice people, but they consistently carry the most twisted, warped, bowed lumber Ive ever seen at any box store. Worth the drive to Home Depot if you want to build anything, as their supply is borderline unusable. They really need to work on quality control.
