I bank here and now I'm slowly thinking about leaving...just the other day I couldn't even pull money out of my account and the staff were not helpful at all. Not to mention the fees for overdrafts cause they don't work on the weekends

I have seen several reviews that are very low. I have banking at the 28E location for a long time. Service is always great. Hazel is the super star IMO. But all the tellers are wonderful as well. Although, I do avoid Hazels counter-part.
Over all this bank rocks.

Just transitioned to Red River Bank in Pineville on 28 East and Ms Chasity Fields was awesome and so helpful.
