“10 stars! I broke down outside of Alexandria with my two dogs on a Friday night. Bryan with Twisted Metal Towing came and picked me up and took me to the only shop that was open on Saturday and dropped me and my vehicle off. I had to call him back early Saturday morning because that shop couldn't work on my vehicle, and he came and quickly picked me up and brought me to George Hauk's Automotive (awesome shop!) to drop off my vehicle, and then he went above and beyond and drove me to the Enterprise Rental not far from here to pick up a rental car. Like usual with Enterprise, they were overbooked, so I called him back and he came back and got me and drove me to a different rental car place at the airport to get a car. I've broken down all over North america, and it's a terrible feeling, especially when you have your pets with you, and Brian went out of his way to help me out. He's good people. He's the one I will ever call if I'm in the Alexandria area and have vehicle issues. Thank you, Bryan and Twisted Metal Towing!”

“I am sorry Mrs. Linda Daigrepont if you were disappointed in the customer service. We took your car in the same day you showed up and it just worked out that we could take you home.We are a small shop and one of our workers was in the hospital and we just didn't have anyone to deliver it to you in the time you needed on the day the repairs were done . We are sorry for the inconvenience that you had to get someone to bring you to get it. We normally don't do that anyway in case of instances like this. We had just happened to be able to the day you showed up. Again we are very sorry!”
