For some reason half my mail/packages get delivered to my neighbor. Not sure how that even happens. The response i get when I tell them is pretty much *that's weird that shouldn't happen. We're supposed to delivered to the right address.* Then nothing changes.

Went to pickup a package. Apparently, my package was stored at an incorrect location but the agent took time to search and find it. Place is clean, service is professional and prompt.
