Terrible customer service. I dropped off a prescription two weeks ago. I asked the employee at the counter SPECIFICALLY to check to make sure they could fill it that day, and she said maybe not today, but tomorrow. That's been two weeks ago and today they tell me they didn't even order it.I'm done here, will not be back.

The pharmacist is a joke and a lier. Waited 30 minutes in line to get some medicine he had to run the insurance and said to drive around and wait another 30 minutes in line so the cars didn't have to wait the 3 minutes so he could fill the prescription that was called in days ago and check 4 hours before if it was ready. Argued with him for 5 minutes or more instead of him doing his job he should have done yesterday. He didn't want the cars to wait an extra 2 or 3 minutes but fought for over double that. And he wasn't gonna fill it unless I moved so he was gonna make 6 people wait all day until I moved. They need a better pharmacist that not rude. Plus he wouldn't register the Medicare card that is still valid. All that bull and Ahmad didn't fill the medicine and didn't register the insurance that is good. He Didn't want to try again neither c. Called the insurance and they said there shouldn't have been a problem the insurance is good. So anyone got a number I can call to report thiss to

There should be a policy in place for when someone brings a new prescription to have that person come inside or to take the prescription and have them go to the back of the line. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes with no way to escape with four cars behind me. I’ve had this happen before it’s horrible.

Terrible customer service. Nothing new from Walmart. For such an abundantly wealthy company there is no excuse for being put on hold for 30 plus minutes just to check on my medication status. They simply dont care and it shows.

The doctor had called in a prescription for my dad at this pharmacy. In order to save time I called as well to ask if there was anything I needed to do before I pick it up because my father had never gotten anything filled there. They told me that because he is a new customer, they need to start a profile for him and that I needed to be done in person. I asked her once we start the profile how long would it take to be filled she specifically said that it probably won't be until tomorrow (not knowing that I was already on my way there). So, I arrived not long after and told the lady at the counter that I needed to start a profile for my dad. Apparently the one I spoke with on the phone was the same one at the counter, her expression says it all, she really wasn't expecting me to be there that quickly. So, she "started the profile", had the nerve to ask me if I needed it today. Well, apparently so. So she told me that I will get 2 texts, one to confirm the profile, the other to let me know that the prescription is ready. And that it would take 30 minutes, so I said I'd wait. I went to wait in my car. 10 minutes passed, not one text. I thought maybe they didn't misunderstood me and got the wrong phone number for the text so I called again and let them know that I never got a text they reconfirm the phone number and again said I would receive 2 text and again nothing. I told them that I am here I'm still waiting. They said ok and that I will "get a text". By this time my dad was still weak and needed to rest. So I asked my sister to drive over and wait on the medication for me so I can drive our dad home. She did and when we figured it had been enough time she went in to pick it up. She got to the counter and they said that it won't be ready til tomorrow. My sister told them what I said. That the lady told me that it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. The people told her that because I wasn't there that they put the prescription back up, claiming that if I had waited then they would have the prescription ready. Total damn lie. When I confirmed and reconfirmed again and again that I was there and I was waiting. They had the nerve to blame ME? Unbelievable. And come to find out they were closing. So...apparently the prescription was never even put in the system to be processed today. They just didn't want another task because to tie them over because they were about to close. Now keep in mind at this point this whole process had been over an hour. They were so focused on getting off work than doing their jobs. And my dad needed that prescription tonight. Apparently getting off work is more important than a person's life. If you value your's and your loved one's well-being DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE.

My mother called the pharmacy and stayed on the phone for 34 minutes. We understand the lines stay busy and they could possible be short handed. BUT for the female PHARMACIST that answered the phone and asked if she was holding for something totally not what she was waiting for, was EXTREMELY RUDE!Then informed my mother that she was rude for telling her she was on hold for 34 minutes! I’m sorry but she lost all professionalism! If you do not like your job and cannot speak to customers/patients in a professional way, leave your job!This is NOT the first incident at this pharmacy. Reason for this comment is to hopefully get to corporate office so they can hire better employees! It’s a shame the pharmacist get paid like they do and could care less how they speak to people!

I wish I could give walmart pharmacy in general ZERO STARS. It doesn't matter which location I go to they never fail to -1. Be out of stock for my prescription, which is whatever. If they would give me my medication early then there would be less issues but they refuse. Seems like every time I need a refill they are out.2. Be extremely rude and unhelpful. If you don't enjoy your job then leave. Don't take it out on me, I'm just trying to get my medication.I've tried calling multiple times to change locations and the moment someone picks up the receiver they hang up and refuse to answer.Definitely DONE with walmart pharmacy.

Attempted to get a prescription filled for my mom, as she had just got out of surgery. After several phone calls and two visits, this extremely incompetent staff blamed everyone but themselves. I had the Dr provide a written prescription; however, that was still not good enough for the Pharmacist (Sandra I believe). Was told to take the prescription to another pharmacy which I did and received the prescription in 15 minutes. I will never use this crew of idiots again!! Sad Walmart, absolutely sad!!!

I ordered a refill 4 days ago only to be told today they don't have it due to a problem with the manufacturer, which is understandable, but I should have been contacted so I can transfer to another pharmacy and get it elsewhere.
