This store needs new Management that doesn’t scam their customers into fake promotions and do nothing to fix the problem. Make sure you verify any promotion that they try and offer you before you agree to anything or you will be stuck with fees and cost that they will do nothing about. Only care about the sale and their commission and not the customer and will tell you anything you want to hear to make the sale.
Take your business elsewhere or to a corporate store before coming to an outside retail one like this. As a 40 year loyal customer I’m very disappointed and looking for an honest company to do my future business.

I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Plaquemine. Derrick, Ariel, and Kirstin were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even though there were no chairs for customers, their outstanding assistance made up for it. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of AT&T services.

If I could give this store a minus 10 I would. On June 1 2024 I entered the store to get assistance on removing something from my phone..I was never acknowledged while I stood there so I walked up to the counter for help. Three employees were chatting back and forth then finally a young lady asked what I needed. I told her my problem..she took my phone and after pressing a button or 2 she gave it back. I asked was the problem resolved..she said she didn't know. I stepped away from her to ask if someone else could take a look. The young man that was sitting there..I think was the manager asked if I was on my phone because I had ear buds in my ear. Told him no but young lady was not helpful..when I said that the young lady became extremely rude and said to me.."I disrespect old people"..I was stunned..I began to walk our the door and the young lady continued to be disrespectful..what was more shocking is the manager said absolutely nothing to stop the young lady from being RUDE..I will never go back and will be canceling my service immediately.
