“Hands down the best boudin balls and anything boudin related. Their jerky is top notch too, so is everything else. But the boudin balls. I don't care who you are, where you came from (yes all you Acadiana parishes people who think "we got the best" - no you don't), or even where your parents came from. This is the best. Not overpowered by any one ingredient. A perfectly blended pâté made of heaven , if you will. Everyone in the Baton Rouge Metro area will also say Tony's is the best. No, it's not. Maybe if you want indigestion until you wake up the next morning. Sorry, Tony's. Oh and guess what, The Chop Shop even processes meat, too! Service is always great, everyone is super friendly. I love you, Chop Shop.”
