“I was in dire need of game day outfits since I came to LSU as an out-of-state student. The staff in Rodeo was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I told the girl at the counter I needed an outfit for my first game day she took me under her wing. I tried outfits on with a wide price range and found a few things I liked. If anyone asked for a recommendation I would hands down tell them to stop by Rodeo. The clothes are cute, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great!”

But it's worth it to me to shop at a place that has realistic models, is in stock of sizes xxs-2xl, incorporates recycled plastic bottles into their clothing, and is B Corp certified.The clothing is interesting in shape without being frilly or playing into any fad fashion trends. The limited color palette of the store helps you make outfits easily. They have athletic, leisure, and athleisure clothes. The store is extremely clean, bright, and well-organized. The workers are attentive and knowledgeable. There are a lot of items on sale. I'll be back!”

“My favorite place for jeans and clothing. Their denim quality is the best and I love that I can bring in old denim (whatever brand and quality) and bring them in to recycle and they give you a $20 credit toward new jeans with them. They’re the only jeans I will buy and wear. The cuts are great-they have petite and tall and curvy; stretchy or rigid denim-whatever you’re into they have. The quality and fit of the denim is what I stand behind too. Also their clothing they sell are all timeless pieces that you can dress up or down. They have the cutest jewelry and purses and shoes even. Truly a one stop shop. The staff is all super friendly and helpful too. So glad to have a local madewell here in Baton Rouge.”

Urban has always been a super trendy store that I could find something in. The staff here is pleasant as well.. I’m not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews about them. I just wish Urban’s and all surrounding retail stores in BR had longer hours.”
