The worst location period. I had a prescription filled at 1035 am from urgent care. Showed up at 1050. I was told to come back at 1400. The person in the drive through told me they were the only person there. I work 10 hours a day and it is extremely difficult to get a chance to just leave work. This stores policy and employees routine needs to be scrutinized for efficiency and customer satisfaction/support. Utterly useless location and the employees are used to this being the norm. Like the customer is out of line for requesting their prescriptions when they show to pick them up. People do not always live locally and the policy and behaviors of employees at this store are doing anything except helping. UPDATE: I left work a second time to go back for the 1400 pick up time. I arrive by 1400 and there are already two vehicles in line. After the two vehicles in front of me are done I pull forward to the window and the person was waving at me through the window and lowering the metal barrier telling me to go inside the store without even talking to me with the window open or through the speaker. I go in and find 4 individuals working behind (I was told the individual was all by herself earlier) the counter and two people in line. I wait and finish getting my prescription. I drive around the building to see what the sign an employee was taping to the window. It read “drive through window temporarily out of order”. Absolutely useless CVS pharmacy. Better to get it filled from a private pharmacy or Walgreens.

Worse customer service ever for a pharmacy. If I could put a zero I would. The staff is rude .

This is the worse experience i have ever had with CVS must be new employees. They have had my prescription for two weeks when you call they either rude or send you to voice mail for the most part you going to voice mail. i usually use Wal Mart but they said they couldn’t fill it at that moment and i made a mistake going to CVS this how they lose customers the one star i gave i wish could take that back.

My favorite shopping store, I love their coupons and daily deals.

I was shopping for some medical supplies, which were in stock and I purchased but the price was a lot higher than another store in which I purchased it previously, but the good thing is CVS keep items in stock.

I will never use CVS again. The hospital sent my medication to them on Sunday. Monday I go to pick it up they say we don't accept your insurance. How do you not accept Blue Cross Blue Sheild but ok anyway, I had another pharmacy I can go to and they said to have them call them they will send it over. The other pharmacy called them 5 times and no answer. CVS is holding my medication and won't send it to the pharmacy I requested. This medicine is for my pregnancy. Now I have to call the hospital so they can send it to another pharmacy. It's ridiculous. I will NEVER use them ever again and I wouldn't recommend nobody going there

I never leave reviews, but I want everyone to know they should never trust this CVS with their photos. I brought two disposable cameras to them: they had pictures my friends took from my bachelorette trip and my wedding on them. When I dropped them off in June, the worker told me it took 4-6 months to come back - she went on and on about how long it takes. I didn’t bother them about how long it was taking to get a phone call because the worker told me it took so long. I asked in person twice about how to find out about returned film. I was told first that they have no way of telling. Next I was told I would have to call the film company. (Film company did tell me the store should have called for me.) Fujifilm returned the photos the same month they were sent off (June). I never got a call from CVS saying they were in the store. The one person who just helped me said they wait and wait for the person to pick them up until finally the workers go through the photos and throw them away if it’s been too long. I asked her why they would ever throw my photos away without calling me first, and she didn’t have an answer. She was kind and apologetic, but I’ll never, ever have those pictures now. I just don’t want anyone else to lose something like this that they can’t get back.

I have been the ONLY person standing and waiting for scripts called in from Urgent Care for more than 30 minutes and am being told they are getting to it. I guess Walgreens is getting more business.

Horrible experience today while in excruciating pain.. pharmacy lady literally rolled the window down in my face and yelled from the back that there closed..it was 5 minutes before close time. This is prescribed medicine not a box of Advil.. also has issues filling it yesterday so to go in today and get this type of service just sad. And it's a small city. No Damm customers already. Switching to Walgreens.

Like coming here because they are quicker than other places to pick up my meds. Also it is a UPS drop off point which makes it nicer than having to travel to Baton Rouge to drop off packages. Overall a nice place to get something medical wise if needed.

I was in and out to grab 12 miller lites and a 1 lb of beef jerky. Everything went very smoothly. Great service.

Quite possibly the worst CVS location ever. I have to use CVS because my prescription insurance owns CVS. But this location is terrible. Never have the medications my husband needs and it’s always some excuse. I have moved all my prescriptions to mail order to avoid dealing with this location.

Never open on time. Many times I've gone to get a Rx filled and they would be out. As a matter of fact waiting now for the pharmacy to open. Supposed to open at 8am and its 8:10am.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always have issues with wait times and filling prescriptions. Doctor called in prescription at 9:30 am, called CVS at 12:20. Was told it was not filled yet and it will be in one hour. My husband goes to pick up the prescription an hour past their estimated time (so they were given two hours) and it’s still not done. This has been 5 hours after it was called in. Usually the wait is about 1-3 hours, but this is unacceptable. If you need a prescription filled because you are sick or need it ASAP don’t rely on this pharmacy to help you. You’d get your prescription faster driving across the bridge to another CVS, picking it up, and being home before Plaquemine CVS even fills yours.
