Horrible service I came got my iPhone screen replaced I was told $150. For a regular iPhone 12 so I went on and let them do it a hour later after I got home the side power button wasn’t working I never had a problem with it before then someone called my phone it sounded like a robot was inside the phone and I couldn’t understand wat anyone was saying while on speakerphone I never had a problem with that either I called them and told them what was going on I got a whole different attitude and told me come next week and it will cost $85 to fix the speaker cause they were booked up I just called T Mobile and upgraded my phone I refused to spend anymore money

Please do not do to this store I went in to get an iphone 6s plus and he over charged me and when I got home I found out that the volume was broke and now I'm sitting here with an iphone I paid over for and is broke

Called to get my screen replaced and was told they had the screen. When I went in to bring the phone their repair guy wasnt there and they said they would call me back when he got in. After not receiving a call all weekend and finding out they wanted to keep my phone for a full day I went another route. Not to mention they wanted 250.00 to replace the screen and I was able to get it replaced for 29.99 through insurance at the att store on Sherwood forest.
