On a Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm, they were completely out of white bread and meat for a cheese steak sandwich. I waited 15 minutes to be informed of that because there were only two employees. Only 1 person in front of me & 3 behind me in line. Only 1 making sandwiches, making a sandwich for the person who had ordered before. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Used the app to make my order an hour before getting there. Order that way so I can get it and head on into work. get there nothing made. had another customers call in ready but not mine. told them cancel it I had to go. they can't refund me. call a "manager" who didn't want to give her name. told me I had to come back in the am to get with another manager who she doesn't want to name. finally got her to name her "Kelly" but she didn't know her last name. said I had to come back in the morning to do this tell her that it's not convenient so she tells me contact my bank. Fernne or what ever her name was as well as the two in the store were unprofessional and disrespectful and i would highly suggest you staying FAR away from this place. they just do not care and could give a s****

I placed an order online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Those 15 minutes turned into an hour. It was a meal and I only got a sandwich.

I placed my order on the subway app and paid for it but, when I got to the store my order was not ready. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. My sandwich hand a mountain of onions and tomatoes on it and there was no bacon. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to go back to the store to get it corrected.

Today made 7 times in a row I've been here and they never have anything in stock.. like how do you run a restaurant without food. It's sad when you can only pick between 3 meats at subway! When you walk up what they have can't even make half of what they have on their menu! And saying half is being nice! I don't know if it's the employees not doing their jobs are just bad management !

Sandwich and service were good but I had to spend over $2 for a bottled water because their tea machine has not been working for at least the last few weeks! I'm not able to drink any carbonated or sweetened drinks, only unsweet tea, and the only bottled tea they had there was sweet tea.

Absolutely disgusted with the crew today! Long waits and mixed up sandwiches…. Can live with light lettuce on steak but sand a second mistake when they put mayonnaise on it!Finish 1 before you start another!

If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would , the manager Chelsea is extremely rude and disrespectful. The store never has any food available. I went into the store to order and was rudely greeted by the staff and when I called to complain I was talked to as if my concerns were not valid or important. New management is definitely needed at this establishment as the current manager is unfit for the position they hold.

People BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!SCAMING PLACE ! .... I just did order online 64 dollars on sandwiches and after 30 minutes of waiting I showed up to the place and they said they don't have orders online because the guy who made it was not there ..... and whos giving me my money back? I will never know ... THANKS SUBWAY !!! FOR STEALING MY MONEY

Ordered veggie sandwiches for 3 since all of us are vegetarians, and luckily since the manager was there, she ensured that new gloves were changed and that the knives were washed before making our sandwiches! Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
