“I went to the dealership for a number of issues, one of which was a non-working radio in my wife's Buick Enclave. I had done some research online prior and knew that the amplifier was a common cause of issues in the car, so I was prepared for them to tell me that was the issue. Well, they did, and they also quoted me a really, really high price that didn't feel worth it for the year of the car (2014).I googled and found CNA, gave him a message and he responded promptly. I dropped off the car to him, he did his own analysis, and he found it was indeed likely to be the amplifier and told me the price of the part the dealership was quoting plus his labor. The part direct from them was a bit high, so we worked together and I found a 3rd party supplier of the same part at a much better deal (and he gave me some technical guidance on that) and then arranged for him to change it out. Throughout, he was very honest, upfront, and everything you want in a mechanic.I can guarantee you that my wife and I will be using CNA going forward for all of our mechanic needs! Highly, highly recommend!”

“I bought tires online and they fit me in to install them for my wife's mercedes, after a few days the right rear tire was losing air, I took the car back to them and they discovered a Crack on the rim which is common for low profile tires. The gave me the number for a repairman (Ricky), we scheduled with him to meet at the tire shop and they unmounted the tire from the rim and mounted and balanced it when the repair was completed. They went above and beyond with customer service and definitely earned my future business.”
