“We love this bank and it's employees are the best. Amanda is so nice and helpful. We had a problem where someone evidentially got on my PC and transferred money from mine and my wife's checking accounts to another bank. They put another checking account on my list with the intent to transfer to theirs and make off with our money. Luckily doing that caused an overdraft in my account, which we were notified of and as the other bank had a 3 day pending on transfers Amanda was able to get our money back intact, opened new accounts, etc. My wife was really upset in the bank and the next day called her to see if she was ok! We love her, she is so good to her customers. We always ask for her. Now we have 2 factor authentication, etc. froze our credit, etc. I just wish they were open on Saturday too. (I hate that tiny one by the mall.)”
