I was not able to create another Google review. So I edited this one to give updated feedback on my current 2024 tax preparation. Ms. Kathie was my preparer this year. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable. It took no time at all to do my taxes. Ms. Kathie goes above and beyond for everyone and every tax situation. When a person goes to file their taxes they're anxious not knowing what to expect but Ms. Kathie has a soothing type of soul. She makes you feel right at home! We love you, Ms. Kathie! You are one of a kind. God broke the mold when he made you! Keep up the good work!

Mrs Kathie Choate was the biggest help, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I had about 5 years worh of unfiled taxes and a Louisiana driver's license suspension. This awesome lady worked hard and speedily to get get all 5 years worth of taxes filed and helped me get the license suspension lifted. She worked hard to get me as much money as the law allows and I will be receiving a refund after the state estimated that I owed them over $9000. Would definitely recommend going to see her for any of your tax questions. Thank you so much Mrs Kathie!!!

Go see Ms. Kathie Choate ya’ll!!! She’s Professional, God fearing, have passion to help people, very honest, not to mention a diva!! First time filing with Jackson Hewitt and I’ll be returning.
