  Booked my unit over the phone and the associate made it very easy, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. However, the facility has no hand trucks or dollies for moving your things. They fail to mention that at signup.

  I check in on yesterday it was very nice and clean it took a lil time to figure out who to get the gate code and compered to another place the price is really great ???
